Exchanges and Returns

You may request an exchange or return of a product within 7 calendar days of receiving it. The following conditions must be observed: The product must be returned in its original packaging; The product must be returned without signs of use or consumption, i.e., in the condition it was received; The product must be returned with attached tags (or protectors), manuals, and all accompanying accessories. We do not exchange products that are an inadequate size for the customer: We provide product measurements in centimeters to avoid errors in size selection. As stated in the Consumer Protection Code - Article 18, there is no legal obligation for the retailer to make exchanges due to consumer regret regarding color, size, model, or any other reason. IMPORTANT: We will not accept returns if the above conditions are not met. WHAT TO DO TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN Send an email to efvantilburg@gmail.com and provide: Product name; Order number; Email registered for the purchase; Reason for exchange or return; VIDEO PROVING THE DEFECT Once all matters regarding the product return are confirmed, we will inform you of the return address for the product and refund you the amount paid for the product and shipping. REFUND METHODS Credit card reversal: this reversal may appear on up to two statements after the return is completed by the payment gateway. PIX - Transfer to the customer's account, which can be completed within 10 business days after the return confirmation.
